Moses Grader is a co-founder, Managing Principal, and a member of the Executive Investment Committee.

Moses has over 15 years experience in a variety of investment and operational roles. Moses led the development and analysis of numerous hedge fund strategies that helped establish and raise funding for Tuckerbrook's current portfolio approach. He is also responsible for the operations of the firm. Prior to Tuckerbrook, Moses was a Principal at Radius Capital Partners, a private equity firm incubating new business strategies. In that capacity, he co-founded new businesses and structured consolidation transactions in the financial services, information technology, and telecommunications sectors. In the late 1990s, Moses was a Senior Associate at Comdisco Ventures, where he managed the Boston office and led a successful track record of structured debt investments. Prior to Comdisco, Moses was a venture capitalist at the Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation (MTDC), a seed-stage venture fund, where he led equity investments in several category leaders in the medical device and enterprise software markets. Moses started his career as an associate in the International Project Finance Group of SBC Warburg and as a Senior Consultant at Price Waterhouse in Eastern Europe. He also served for three years in the United States Marine Corps. Moses Grader has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA in International Economics from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
